I have received this order timely and I am happy about it. However, the same order of the same dress sits in my cart and the customer service does not want to empty the cart, so i can continue shopping.I have to wait until they will understand what my problem is and maybe then I can continue shopping. Does your customer service speak/understand English? Unfortunately I dont speak Chinese. Respectfully submitted, Doina Marina You need a better customer service to improve your sales. They dont understand simple things, such as emptying a cart, so you can shop.

Das Kleid ist absolut großartig. Das Bild hier wird nicht gerecht. Ich hatte es hier angepasst und es kam genau passend. Ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein.
